- What credit cards can be used to make an online payment?

We accept Mastercard or Visa for online payments. A card payment fee of 0.4% applies. The fee is not subject to GST.
- How much can I pay online?

You can pay a maximum of $50,000 per reference number.
- Where do I find my biller code, reference number, and client ID?

Your biller code, reference number and client ID are located within the payment or remittance details of your notice.
- What is a CVV?

It is a 3 digit code, appearing in the signature panel after your credit card number. Your CVV can be located on the back of your credit card.
- When will OSR receive my payment?

Payments are usually processed on the same business day. Transactions made on a weekend, public holiday or after 6.00 pm Sydney time will be processed on the next business day.
- What do I do if my web connection drops out while I am making a payment?

If your web connection drops out while you are making a payment, check your credit card balance to see whether the transaction was completed. Your OSR payment will be listed on your statement as 'NSW OSR'.
Alternatively, you can contact OSR to check whether we have received your payment.
- Can I make other payments to OSR online?

All taxes and levies, except for duties assessments, can be paid online.
- What do I do if I can't process my payment online?

If you can't process your payment online, please use an alternative payment option. Details on other payment options are available on the OSR website.
- Do I need to keep my receipt?

You should keep your receipt for your records. The transaction will show as the total amount including the credit card payment fee. If you lose your receipt, your credit card statement will show your transaction as a payment to 'NSW OSR'.
- I did not print a receipt - can I get one from OSR?

Receipts are not available once you have exited the payment system. Your credit card statement, however, will list your transaction as a payment to 'NSW OSR'. The transaction will show as the total amount including the credit card payment fee.
