You have been provided with specific payment options based on the combined outstanding balance of all invoices issued against your selected payment number.
You may need to add together separate RAC Insurance invoices to arrive at the matching total amount due.
For example:
You may owe RAC Insurance for both a premium adjustment ($50) and also be due to pay us either a 6 month premium ($200) or a 12 month premium ($400) therefore your two payment options are:
12 months online payment: $50 + $400 = $450
Minimum online payment: $50 + $200 = $250
Please note each individual policy must be paid separately so you may have to make multiple payments.
Monthly payments can only be paid via direct debit. Please call our call centre on 13 17 03 to arrange for direct debit payments or if you have a query regarding an invoice or invoiced amount.
